Immune Tea Health Benefits

Lemon: Selected for its ability to aid with digestion, helping all the other ingredients to get where they need to!

Honey: It has been recognised around the world for its healing abilities. Just make sure you use a quality raw honey as they contain medicinal properties unlike table honey.

Ginger: According to the National Journal of Preventative medicine, they discuss how ginger in tea has been used historically as an antioxidant. More specifically though, they mention how ancient cultures used ginger to boost the immune system.

Turmeric: It is anti-inflammatory and antiviral. This adds synergistically to the ginger providing a wonderful decongesting benefit.

Olive Leaf Extract: Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Viral and Anti-Bacterial make this your secret weapon against whatever nasty bugs are hiding in your system.
